    Short answer: depends. Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
    Long answer: It's a current problem since the new punishment system went into effect. If staff didn't care, why are they online and answering reports? You can also tag staff to have reports answered sooner. Maybe for some reports I would report but most of the time, I don't.
