    You have to wait at least 3 months to get the first cage, if this is the case you should get it, but I am glad to hear that you have received it and it is fixed.

    You'll get 1 new Plus cage (or sometimes 2 I believe) for every 3 months that you're subscribed: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, etc.
