    I'm not being rude. I'm just warning you on what can happen. Clearly you where if it kept happening AFTER others told you. Just try not to. Notice that if you apply, you won't be excepted if you don't already meet the requirements. What your doing now won't help you, its going to hurt you. I am just trying to help you so you don't get in trouble.

    "You cannot be a helper if you are not able to verbally communicate". So no, you can't be interviewed through a conversation, if you'll even be accepted. (Which is not the case atm)
