    Just depends on which way you view the game. :P Like you buy stuff using money tokens (That's where the name moneywars comes from) and you have an egg to destroy or protect. (That's where eggwars comes from)

    High fps would massively increase the time it takes to make a video, how he does it is just slightly move a character and make that a new frame repeatedly, it can take a while in busy scenes, so not much fps means that you can move them more per frame and take a lot less time doing it.
