You have not made any player reports let alone any thread.
If you're just going around staff profiles asking for help .. that would not work.

Firstly you have to calm down, being angry isn't going to fix anything or get those hackers banned.
You're supposed to create a PLAYER REPORT thread which is where it would get handled. If you are inboxing it to staff members then no wonder why you haven't gotten much of a response. (they are always spammed in their inbox)
Please follow the correct procedures from now on.
