This is a suggestion for all games in general. Sometimes you die on a game, for instance: Skywars. You want to spectate someone specifically but you cannot find them. With /spec <user> it could make you teleport to the person, for an example: Me: -Dies- Player1: Spec me! Me: -types- /Spec...

Personally, I'm not really experienced with these types of things but maybe you could uninstall Minecraft and reinstall it again? It's technically refreshing all of the files which I suggest you do, it could possibly work? Obviously there's no need to do this procedure if it's working and fine...

Mhm, it's a subscription, which basically means it takes money from you each month and you get the rank again. I'm not sure what you have to do to unsubscribe, maybe ask someone else? But yeah, that is why. ;)
