My suggestion is about the report button on the forums. If you don't know what I'm talking about, in the left corner from a message is a report button (picture 1), if you click on it, you get this (picture 2)
On the report site, there is a feature where you can see how many reports you have, when you reported them, who you reported, the reason for your report, the status of your report & the evidence, while there isn't a feature with this on the forum reports. If you don't know what I am talking about, please check the picture in the spoiler.
I suggest to have a category where you can see the same things as on the report site, but for the forum reports this time. The category can be on your profile. This is an example of where it can be:
