Hello, something like 3 months ago i applied for YouTube rank And i didn't get respond. So 1 month ago i applied again and still didn't get respond too.

Hello! You will not receive any communication if your application to the programme is denied. If you have not received any contact within two weeks of your application, then you can assume that you have been denied. You are allowed to submit an application every 30 days.

Happy belated birthday! I've come for some help! I was banned for "advertising my server" although, I'm not even sure I did that! Someone replied to me and recommended I'd reach out to you, so with that questions done, my advice to this situation is to maybe start sending emails to the owners of accounts that are banned, explaining why, since I don't even remember advertising.
