It's quite difficult for staff members to punish campers, as they need video proof of these people camping and you need to warn them around 3 times. I also believe that currently they don't really punish campers as they can only ban them for one month and they think that's too long. They're working on a new banning system though which allows them to ban people for a shorter amount of time.
