To be able to apply you need to be active on the forums ans you have 1 message.
I'd say wait, get recognition, help people gain 250-300 messages and ghen apply.

Snow flake, please don't do false advice. 250-300 messages is not near enough. I would say 700+ and at least 500+ quality messages.
