Back when I had little clue of how the staff team worked (or your age), I expected you to be the next to follow in Cam’s lead to be promoted up to Management. Turns out I ultimately wasn’t too far from the truth
So I don't know about you but I think it would be a smart move (for all new administrators) to write a thread in which they document their plans and expectations (or write one general thread and divide it into sections). None of these plans necessarily have to be final but it would mean so much to all of us :) It would be another step in the right direction to improve communication between us
