I don’t play it much lately. But I did back in 2021-2022 when, in my opinion, Eggwars hit its peak. Especially during season 1 which had egg curses, generator sludges, and redstone, that was INCREDIBLY fun! Now, I just don’t feel Eggwars is as balanced anymore. I will still play it once in a while on my own or when friends want to play it, but other than that I don’t play it much anymore.

Additionally, since the whole Partner Programme disaster this past January, all of the streamers I enjoyed watching and playing with in Eggwars no longer stream nor play it off-camera.

Yes, there are some people who stream Eggwars now, and I will join them occasionally, but they’re not who I’d personally consider an OG. My favourites were FarisQ, Rollnix, VanHouten, Sgribl, SoulMC, RelatedNoobs, SL4TES, Privqted, KatanaBlade, WolfStar37, DashingPrune, IDKHAN YT, StormMC, and some others I’ve probably forgotten.

Also, the 2 irl friends of mine that I used to play Cubecraft (and Eggwars) with the most haven’t played since April 2023, and I highly doubt they’ll return anytime soon. It’s a complicated situation, but one of the 2 main factors is the lack of Skyblock updates.
