However there is a workaround using two mods called "Forgified Fabric API" and "Sinytra Connector". They allow you to use Fabric mods while using a Forge mod loader, however it can have bugs or issues, after all, Forge and Fabric weren't made for each other.

Also if you do use this, then you can't join servers unless the server also has Forgified Fabric API and Sinytra Connector, as they must be both client-side and server-side. Also I believe that Sodium is probably incompatible with Optifine anyway.

Okay now onto the rest of your comment. Yes, LabyMod does require a bit more data and can lead to FPS drops, but you can also use some Fabric mods like ImmediatelyFast or some other optimization mod to get more FPS. Also there's a LabyMod addon called Flux that also grants you a bunch of FPS, and I recommend you to use it if you aren't already.
