There's nothing there except the sad message and my request.

You cannot expect to instantly get to the considering stage or to be more broad, helper on your first try. Most people going in with that mindset will end up disappointed as they'll get denied for various reasons, however it's not the end of the world mind you. We always give feedback for people to improve on and a time period or if preferred, beyond that to work on the issues we brought up.

To add on, it took me roughly 11 tries throughout 2017-18 to get helper
