As @BlueMoon475 said, CubeCraft had this command, but they removed it due to people abused it. The Staff said the command will not get back, though they're working on a new anti-cheat.

Monitorising people is not a good idea, just because there aren't 500 staff members. As the rest of users posted, you're free to report them if they don't abide your warning. You're free to record them and report them here.

A local or global /report command would be great, due to some users don't have the best PC and they can not record hackers to report them.
