It has actually been confirmed that we will eventually be getting more reward/progression based systems (thanks @Nightmare). I'd love to see a level rewards system be one of these. Level rewards have been suggested numerous times and it is still one of the most highly requested features to this...

Yeah it’s slow paced, but ‘boring’ is an opinion. Slenderman is a very popular game and honestly it’s nice to have a bit of slow paced game for once, as all of the other seasonal gamemodes are quite fast paced. You should probably suggest this in the feedback subforum instead of here.

I’d rather live to see the day it actually happens… honestly I don’t think it’s too high priority but I would enjoy an end revamp to make it a bit more interesting to traverse.
