Following up on my last status post - to my surprise I actually had the self-discipline to go jog a few more times. Ran 3 kilometers in 20 minutes with a few walking breaks on Saturday, and 3 kilometers non-stop in 15 minutes on Sunday. Quite happy with this progress!

Trying to get more fit so I started jogging. First time ever and ran 2 kilometers in 15 minutes. Any tips on how to plan jogging routes & on how to stay motivated? How frequently should I jog and how far? 🏃‍♂️
