I agree with all ideas you mentioned except the "one months plus rank every 6 months". If you want to implement it, you need to require having a streak of 180 days to get it. Otherwise, it will ruin the plus rank.

I think we can allow everyone to choose whether to enable/disable kill effects in all games.

But what is the problem of making some of the Cube large wallet to satisfy the staff team? I would like to hear the answer from the admins. Like at least 5$ per month for working a specific amount of hours like the designers or the developers but with less budget.

I definitely agree! When you have the timer in front of your eyes, you will know what to do & how to do it.

I disagree since it's annoying to die when your enemy is 0.5 hp. So, your cat will do it and avege you! 😂
