I don't think that's a good idea, as there would be hundreds of options.

How would the custom kit que work? People may have different custom kits, some may be better than others so I don't see how that's possible and fair. Besides, you can challenge people around the lobby using your custom kit in the fight, making it fair.

That's not how donations work. As it was mentioned above, cubelets are purely for the purpose of redeeming special rewards that (in most cases) are not available for exchange with anything else.

I don't see a problem with voting at the last second, assuming how I'm sometimes the last person to join a game and have very little time to vote. Unless it affects a game, I don't see a problem with it.

Muting this term is incredibly unnecessary. The only people that they'd be harming is themselves, if they're reported for spam. It's a term that can be used in a variety of ways, under different contexts. Not purely for spamming donators.
