You need more proof to show substantial amount of players that speak a specific language. Saying there are a lot doesn't tell us how many (in actual numbers) and % of our player base that speak them. Now it's obviously extremely hard to see this, but I have never seen a french speaking player...

Usually, anything more than 15 cps tends not to be possible. Although it's possible that a player might somehow hit that once but keeping it up is extremely difficult. Anything more than 20 cps is almost guaranteed to be using some type of auto clicker which is not allowed.
