I disagree with this, as being banned is a punishment and as @josepadgui already mentioned the server connection should automatically get denied and should stay that way. Just follow the rules :D

Lag can occur for an array of reasons such as; location, wifi, and so on. Yes, some games may be laggier than others, however lag isn't really determined by the gamemode and has little to do with it.

As @human being has stated it would be way too overpowered to increase the enchantments higher. In my opinion the enchantments currently are quite decent as weekly items so I'd have to disagree with this suggestion unfortunately.
