I can't say how hard it is because I haven't done it, but I know the way it works is injecting a DLL that collects data from memory and uses it to hack. For example, aimbot would find the player positions in memory then adjust the players aim to where the other player is.
You're wrong. Every device on a network shares the same public IP. You may be thinking of internal IP addresses or MAC addresses. The internal IP and MAC address are NOT shared with the server.

If we ever get an Elo skill system, I would support having a little icon next to your name for being in top 50 (?) Elo. Right now, the "top" players are just people with way too much time and don't need a rank.
