I think you can get it using a cubelet, an uber one I think. I just saw it when I was in a Sky Wars Lobby. I could see your point, and it could look better with fire particles. I wouldn't be able to see the miniature if I did have players toggled off, nor did I have that player as a friend.

Pretty much there are only two games for 1.8, Sky Wars and Egg Wars. Anyways even though I don't really play 1.8 as much, I think players should have access to many other games in 1.8, like Survival Games, etc.
