Doesn't seem original enough, and cubelets are supposed to give you items that you might already have. If you always got something new, than all of the cublets would eventually become pointless. Also, say that you get all the items except for the legendary ones. It's rarity wouldn't be legendary...

Pets are not against EULA but they were too difficult to keep (coding wise) in the new updates.
