No, PE players can sprint while bridging (I've almost mastered that). What I'm talking about is bedrock players bunny-hopping while bridging: sprinting and jumping while bridging. It's impossible on PE. I don't know how they do it, but it seems like all the leaderboard players are bedrock...

No need too many extra sets though, because you could waste time collecting all the materials for extras. Extra enchanted leather armour in OP plus gapple is usually sufficient I think.
