Improvement doesn't come from playing against better players.
Quite the opposite, really good players are often very hard to beat which more often than not leads to the worse players just dying fast and not learning anything. Worse players playing against better players only slows down the...
Good to finally see someone bring this up. On 5v5 blockwars, the blocks are way too much. You can easily make the other island with just 1 stack, maybe 1.5 if you need to build cover while trying to get there.
And on 50v50 its basically just asking for trolls to pull a "mouse go brrr" near...
Basically: its supposed to deal a small amount of damage to anyone who hits you. On survival its a pretty good enchantment for when you end up being hit, as it makes the mobs take damage. If your armor is very strong at stopping damage you can even kill mobs by just standing AFK and waiting...
Considering that camping like this is against the rules, I see no reason to not have this in the game.
If that feature is a problem to someone, that someone is most likely violating server rules anyway, so they shold be grateful you are taking damage instead of a potential account ban.
Not everyone can dedicate that much time, and not everyone wants to dedicate that much time, and people shouldn't have to dedicate that much time.
No, the game has to be equally fun for both platforms, and equally hard for both. Mobile players shouldn't receive extra time to learn, they should...
Normally I don't brag about things I do ingame as I don't like trying hard most of the time and don't achieve anything that, at least to me, is really significant.
BUT today I managed to get 17 pit entries in a single giga blockwars game of bridges.
I don't think anyone has ever managed to get...
Not everyone seeks to be as challenged as possible when playing games.
Terrible idea, high level doesn't automatically mean high skill. There is plenty of highly skilled "low levels", as well as plenty of "high levels" who can barely get two hits on a person. Hell, some minigames actually...
No
Yesn't. While a degree of challenge is nice, and even necessary, too much of it just tiring and tedious rather than a fun experience.
oh no
Or it would attract the sweatiest tryhards you can possibly find, who'd then flood every lobby, eventually scaring newer players away and eventually...
Being on mobile is a disadvantage. It plays different and is much harder to learn than PC.
Mobile players have to put in more time and more effort to do some of the things PC players can do extremely easily.
They did not fix it though. At least not the part where you can turn invisible.
Its a bit rare to happen, but it still very much happens. I saw it happen in a game I played just a few days ago.
While I generally support that idea, and don't think its bad, with UI generally speaking usability should come before optimisation. Firstly ensure the user is as comfortable with it and can operate it as easily as possible before you consider things like loading times.
What I am about to say is...
Just so we are clear: do you mean inviSibility of invinCibility?
Because based on the things I am seeing this video it could very well be both.
Also: I already reported this glitch a full month ago, so the moderators, at least the one responsible for handling bug reports, is fully aware of...
As a PC player: its probably more than that. Realistically your chances of finding a pc player who is not a no life are lower than those of getting struck by lighting and gaining superpowers from that.
That is two powerups out of 6 that are useful. Then there is jump, which isn't bad, but not exactly the most useful. I did mention nerfing it by one level in the first post, but thinking about it now I think it could actually use a bit of a buff.
There is also haste, which only really has a use...
"Its exactly how it should be"
so... cancelling the slowness effect on flag carriers, and disappearing seemingly randomly as it absolutely does not seem to be related to death with it even being able to randomly disappear while I am still very much alive. And all that while having extremely...
Welcome to another post in my (currently not very active) series of critising (giga) blockwars with the hopes someone will take at least one of these seriously if they ever choose to update the gamemode.
Todays topic? Powerups.
If you never played blockwars, you may not know what a powerup...
Based on this post existing I assume you are new to blockwars.
And for the sake of your sanity I recommend you avoid it for as long as you've not grown attached to it.
I am not joking btw.
Bugs are very common and tend to take very long to fix while most of them are also known by the devs...
I do know how to code, its extremely easy to just increase the size of the buttons, especially given the amount of free space to the right of the texts AND below the buttons on both sides of the shop UI.
It seems like they were trying to make it as similar to the PC UI as possible without...
There are two ways cape physics could be handled: through the server or locally.
If its through the server, the capes movement has to be calculated either on the server and then "sent" to both players or on the players device and then sent to the server, which would then send it to the other...
Not as much as simulated physics.
Animation is just that, animation.
In its simplest form its nothing more than a slide show with a bunch of images being displayed in a loop.
Physics require calcuation of every single bit of movement, and how its affected by whatever can affect it. This is...
To add to this: file sharing could also open a gateway for hackers (internet hackers, not ingame hackers) to seriously harm the server, with the security measures necessary to prevent that also generating additional costs.
A small issue I have though: the users banned could be given access to...
Understandable, but there is just no better way to do this that isn't either expensive or very inconvenient for various other reasons.
Also if that demotivates you from reporting hackers, just wait until you try to report crossteamers, trolls or campers. Imagine going through all that effort...
If its reproduceable, you should probably record a clip of you reproducing it and use it for a bug report on the forums. And since its reproduceable, you should be able to do it this way rather than through discord.
