I voted "No, i like to camp" but i'd rather put it "No, camping is beatable". If you're talking about egg wars, try going to the top off the map with glass, and building to their island like that. Its much harder for them to land shots when they see you, and the glass makes it much harder to see...

Great video! But the PvPer inside me needs to say this, try increasing your FOV a bit. You'll be able to see more, and the video will look at bit nicer :)

Not exactly. The fact that they were even considered for a staff rank would be hidden. They would go through training hidden, and if they are promoted to said "hidden mod" they would still be hidden. The entire fact that they are part of the staff in anyway is hidden.

Maybe with an interview and application process just like mods, but those who receive the rank are hidden to the community.

Again, there is already glass in eggwars. Also, the glass wouldn't be a way to decorate your island, it would be a way to show that you have donated to the server.

Knowing that mods are on wouldn't really help the situation of banning hackers. There are usually mods on at all times, and I'm sure they do all they can to get hackers banned while they are on.
