I'm fond of the maps, but i also agree with @SpankMeSanta on this one. I would've also much more prefered some big feature changes, it would be a lot more gratifying and impactfull to the server's PvP section and make me personally (and i know others too) much more keen to visit it more often...
Yaayy! chat filter debates! My favouurritte!! :D:D
Looks like a new season of it has already been released! Boy-o-boy do i wonder how many episodes we'll get this time! XD I hope we get to see the mighty king John Coles take action again! That was so epic last season! Or, or, what about the...
Not really anymore. Once every blue moon basically. I'll be quitting the game forever after i've finished one last project i've been working on on a server.
Thanks, don't phraise me too much yet though. Ive only made like 3 different subject threads. Still though, aside from that i try to make sure each thread = quality.
To add to that post (while just slightly off-topic though):
I always loved the strategy aspect of Eggwars and renewing it like this so i can delve myself into figuring out good strategies again sounds exciting to me. But i don't think it's just perfect for me, many others would love to see...
Ok let me first get this out of the way: the chances of there just being one team left against an entire fully intact alliance seems like an unlikely scenario to me. The likelyhood of there being 4 alliances left with each of them having lost like 3 or 2 islands out of 4 sounds like a more...
Judging from @Tacosbefriends response on this thread: https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/why-is-blockwars-dead.209027/#post-1006133
(To which i would say to Taco's about his statement that: 'Games that require an ounce of strategy or teamwork always die.' doesn't seem like a reasonable statement...
But there is :p
Already took that in consideration, hence why there's this. (There's a reason why my thread is such a mammoth, it includes basically everything)
Along with the - An in-game incentive for alliance teamwork. additional idea.
But aside from that, the fact that you'd be pretty...
It doesn't hurt anyone, only helps, and it would show Cube cares about their ranked people. Also for anyone who likes to bring up the 'it's unnecessary' argument: so have many previous updates been too. Lil tiny 'unnecessary' things, that still got added. So why should this be treated much...
Hence why i've only counted one 'no' vote as a sort of legit one, the rest i just ignore.
ERROR 404: Argumentation not found.
You literally just kinda said what it was (although the more correct way of saying it i guess would be teaming x2, teaming teams vs teaming teams) and then said never...
Interesting, i personally am not too fond of this update atm, dont really hate it, don't really love it; but then again, i likely simply have to play it a bit more before being able to make a proper judgement of it.
I think its kinda lame along with it feeling a bit tedious. There's a little bit more straregy to it, but it seems abysmal (granted that i probably just have to play it a bit more though). Its too much the same compared to Normal Eggwars imo. This doesn't feel like something that new. Double Egg...
It's a matter of taste i guess, i would personally thorougfully enjoy a more strategic approach to Eggwars, a possible grander scale to it, longer more satisfying games (without having them feel like a drag), possibly more interestingly made maps to play with, being able to find out new...
Ok clear, i kind of assumed this was actually how you meant it.
I didn't mean it like that. I interpret it in a way as you have 1 team vs 1 team. But since you said they were spread across multiple islands (which is basically the exact same as this concept), and in that sense basically being an...
Two different teams who aren't allied you mean? Or are allied? Cause if it's the latter then it pretty much sounds like my idea bud (well assuming you mean that each seperate island the teams are spread across has just one egg). Only thing that would be different from what you've just said...
