If you get a uniquely different item everytime and NEVER get the same one the probability of getting a rare/epic/legendary/whatever becomes alot more common. Can't have it added like that, the only system that works and that I've seen work previously is the points for already owned items.

Camping can be pretty annoying depending on what game-mode you're playing. If there's a no camping rule it's because it needs to be there, that doesn't mean you can't stay somewhere to think about it for 5 minutes, but there's no excuse for a 1 hour long skywars game if you get what I'm saying.

An ELO system is simply a ranking system. i.e if you win a game you get +25 ELO, if you lose a game you lose -25 ELO. All ELO systems are different but generally run the exact same way throughout. All competitive based games use the ELO system.
