I personally don't really mind the amount of kills I got. I just play for fun and if I get kills then it's a nice bonus. :)
For more competitive players it'd be nice to see how they're doing with their kills compared to other players.
No, when you've achieved the daily challenge then you'll get some rewards and if someone activates double rewards then you'll get the rewards once again [the same amount] which means you received the rewards you'd normally get two times.
2 × normal rewards = double rewards.
Then you'll get the rewards once again. Like, if someone activates double rewards and you completed one or already completed one then you'll still get the double rewards or in your case, you'll get it once again.

After winning/losing a game of Tower Defense it depends how much XP you'll get as it's about how much effort you've put into the game (placing/upgrading towers, sending mobs e.g.). Also, HOLY MATH BRO THESE ARE SOME LARGEEEE NUMBERS. GOOD JOB!

I just observed my example once again and I agree with your point of getting experience by levelling up -- loot points, cubelets, and vanity items are a pleasant reward instead of getting experience with it. :)
Level 100 wouldn't be special if every rewarded level would give you the equal reward. That's why it'd be cool to see rewards which are increasing linearly. The concept of this might look like this [keep in mind that this is just an example]:

Level 90 - 250 experience, 2 Super...
The rewards should be balanced and perhaps every 5 or even 10 levels. This will definitely give players more motivation to play games, to vote and to do daily challenges. Also, since players spend a lot of time and effort to reach their level, there should be more vanities or special vanities --...
