Jup, If you were falsbanned you would be unbanned directly without hesitation.

If you have a perm ban, Appeals wil automatically be denied :) This is already a rule. Also if you've appealed for 3 times, your 3ee appael wil also be instantly denied :)

That's wrong. They have updated the punishment system to fist ban 1 month second ban permanent
