My favourite microgames are the answer the question, solve the questions and kill everybody. I don't really like Jump and catch the emeralds (as the lag that comes with it is absurd). I love the boss microgame colour floor as you can use heavy strategy to have a good chance.

I think it is a good trick but you could probably still be hit by the missiles as they track the player but it would make the mini-game so much easier. However with such an exploit it is very likely to be patched.

I really like this idea, it would really be a cool idea to see put into action. I would certainly love to attempt to get on a winning streak scoreboard; I think the current ones are an impossible attempt. Winning streaks also prove players are really top of their tier while wins is a good method...

I would say that is a bit of unreasonable, that would leave any staff members working extreme hours, I think 1 staff for every 100-250 players would be a lot more reasonable and doable. It would allow for staff to have a good representation but not overworking any staff available.

I think the respawn protection needs a little bit of reworking but I think removing it completely wouldn't be a good idea. I think catch the fish doesn't sound completely possible due to fish catchrates and the time to do it. The others I think are a great idea. I especially love the idea of the microgames being reversed for opposite day.
