I never play om that map, but the tactic sounds really good!

You can just answer to treads on thr forums, you can report on the "report" application and appeal by forums, scroll down, "appeals" and appeal.

Why not? If someone is with a friend, they possibly skype or discord... So why they should not be able to the chat?
