Won a round of Magic with me and one friend (2v4v4v4) and we didn't have our egg destroyed. This method worked just fine for us! Just a few layers of glass around our egg, with water on top. Worked like a charm.

IMO it needs tweaks or they need the old one. Many people said the old one was "unfair" because of 1 year bans. There's something called an "appeal." While banning them for longer stretches of time each ban may seem great to many, they're not gonna learn till a 2nd ban (or maybe even a 3rd.)
