Yes, this happened to me, i played Among Slimes yesterday for a couple hours, my imposter chance was everytime 20%, i got imp like 3 times. Today i played for 1-2 hours, i got imposter only 1 time.

Yes this will be really cool to add. You can ask a staff member (Probably Admin) if you really want to add more things to get from lucky blocks, or to ask them if they think of doing that. You can also give them ideas, so they know what you have on mind.

I don't think it would be cool, because there are a lot players who play CubeCraft on 1.9+

It would be cool, if they add 1vs1 and 2vs2 in blockwars bridges
