it was also around £800 to build. mine can do around 1500fps w/ optifine and I built it for £1500 (I think) soz for double post! :P

my sister's custom computer does mc on max settings w/ optifine at 600-800fps. also, windows is an operating system, not a computer. you can choose whether your case is tacky or not.

there is also considerably more server traffic on steam servers than your nearest speedtest/ookla server

you'll be quite far away from other servers too so they'll be a lot slower.

thats your download speed from those servers. when you download from steam there are lots of other things affecting your download speed like server traffic or distance from the server. you live in rural england, right? the steam download servers are far away from you so your download speed is...

I don't. I never donated. I never cared about donators having an advantage over me in game. I've only involved myself a bit now because mojang banned these advantages and now (pretty much) everybody is complaining about it.
