This is a nice idea, I'd like to see it. I really like the no projectiles vote thing, although a lot of people seem unhappy with it. How ever it is a vote and not a thing every time, and another reason for someone to get a rank.

Cool thing, although I don't think you can get the colour of a block you are standing on? So they'd have to do a check of some sort, but it could very much work, and it would look very cool.
