Well, firstly. You may get accidently kicked for flying or something ( falsely) and not be able to rejoin your game, which would be incredibly frustrating. Same if you accidently leave (I accidently pressed the disconnect button instead of the options button in the middle of a game of eggwars...

I think most people here already know you can report it. Also, this wouldn't come under 'bullying' unless it was targeted. It would come under Swearing unless it was directed towards another player
