Like said above, the party system is being worked on this has been said by the staff however they have more things on their hands which take priority such as the anti-cheat system. You'll just have to wait for a while.

There is a new anti cheat being worked on, besides- even if there were more staff, staff cannot join on going games and therefore if you do have a higher number of staff which can ban people, they wouldn't be in the game unless they were there when the game first started.
