Good idea, but i don't like the part when if you are higher then Iron, you won't get the iron win effect. The thing I like is with that every rank has it's own win effects. Iron rank: Iron block win effect Gold rank: Gold blocks win effect etc etc. Yes and a No for me. :)

There was factions a few years ago, they removed it for some reason, probably not going to add it back if they removed it.

There is actually a rank for this, it's called the Moderator rank, and above ofcourse.

They probably forget to add it, just contact them and they will probably add it.

Like someone said: If you got kicked by Sentinel, for let's say flying you can't rejoin, but if you got kicked for "too many packets" or Minecraft crashed. You can rejoin.
