Let’s be honest, the XP isn’t very helpful, even at 3. You get more just for playing the game. We can keep the XP prize, but the whole point of this topic was to add a cosmetic prize.

Why shouldn't it be added? it has no negative effect, and even though the positive effect is small, its still there.

Most people never say gg for good game. Its usually if they win or they hack. Not many losers say gg.

It wouldn't be hard to implement, and whether the players would mean it or not, we can all agree that more would say gg after the games. Not to mention, it would add some competition in possibly a leaderboard for it

No players are gonna say gg unless they win or they are a hacker. At least with this, it makes more players say GG. It has no harm or downfall, why not implement it?

Yes, but not to Cubecraft. Trust me, editing HTML takes relatively 2 minutes, and that javascript form wont take longer than at most an hour to change that one section.

That is the only reason against it and yes, it would require the devs taking 15 minutes to change something.

I made a poll about this and everyone who said YouTube is better gave no reasons that didn’t have a solution. The best they came up with is that it would require work to change the website.

I gave them a Vimeo and a download link. They can still see the video, just not on YouTube. I don’t want to put these types of videos on YouTube, not yet at least. The developers that made this server will be able to realize that I used a Vimeo link and that it works the same way.

I will not upload these videos to youtube for reasons I am not going to get into. Vimeo will act the same as YouTube

You guys did not read the posts before. It’s been established that a reason for changing it would be for those who can’t upload or YouTube, and since third party websites have the same features and drawbacks as YouTube, there is no harm in allowing them.

Buycraft is what runs the commands after someone buys something. What I was saying is that you would need to link your MC account with a discord account, buycraft would send a message to the discord bot, and the bot would give you the role.

There is no harm in this. Only problem which may occur is that Buycraft can’t auto discord roles without the help of a discord bot. So either Cubecraft needs a bot which can reads donations and you need to connect your Mc account to discord, or staff will have to do it manually.

I tried to report a hacker and I couldn’t. As said in my above post, they both have the same drawbacks and same features, so why not allow both. The only change they would need to make is allowing new links.

So they have the same features and same problems, why not allow both? Evidence can go missing on both sites, so if CubeCraft is unwilling to store videos, both sites will work.

It isn’t the ‘best’. It’s preference to be completely honest. YouTube is the most popular. And I see no harm in allowing other websites.
