All ranks should be able to have it. It's not very useful, unless you can use the chat, then it should be Gold+ That's right. it is very hard to code things for a server.

You should go to task manager and click more details to see what might be absurd to have running in the background. But be careful what task you end. It could cause harm and/or affect the way your computer operates and might make the problem worse. There are some apps that help, so right click...

What I did was turn down my render distance because it looked foggy and beautiful. I took screenshots for that reason.
