Makes sense, right? Its valid to have at least lvl III, making it do 1\2 a heart less is still too weak. It's sounds ridiculous but I think it should be like levels, IIX and possibly, XII (which would be 2 and 3 heart weakness)

I don't think so. Think about it, weakness potions are weaker than strength. For example... Strength II give 260% more damage.. But weakness I only reduces damage by .25 of a heart... XD so basically weakness IIII would only reduce by 1 heart. So sit and think, strength II is almost triple...
