If they can use mcleaks, they probably can use a vpn, and then it would do more harm than good. Like everyone said, an anti-cheat is coming up. Unless they block vpns in general (which, btw, will take quite some time), this won't do much.

It's about the same for a long time, if there's more or less hackers will depend on whether you're lucky/unlucky or what games you play. Things like Skywars, Eggwars, etc contain lots f hackers because they are pvp related.
