It happens to my friend a lot! whenever we are in a party and playing minerware he gets randomly kicked before or during the boss game!

Look at it this way, you know you're not hacking so don't get mad over some overacting kid that can't tell the difference between lag and hax and also whenever that happens to me i just laugh xD

I guess it would be a good idea but I think cubecraft wants to make shields something you have to pay for/get a rank for. So I wouldn't be counting on it. But good suggestion!
