Bro here are ur ideal specs : Nvidia geforce GTX 750 2gb grafix card ( runs shaders at over 100 fps) ur choice of 4th gen i5 processor (all of them handle minecraft very well with no lag at all) atleast 8gbs of RAM 1TB HDD Windows 7 64 bit A good fan to cool down ur cpu in case u overclock it...

And also @TheSimpleMan u said that 4 gb is not enough for u go for 8 gb as u said that u r going to record videos i suggest 8gb for lagless performance as u might do mod showcases later on and it would lag without 8 gb of ram.
