November is way too early, I agree with toonber and S4nne because I am also a dutchie, we usually put the Christmas tree up around 10 december or something like that (because of Sinterklaas). Christmas trees aren't much for sale before December in the city I live.

CPS cap of 15-20 CPS should be good, not any lower than 15 in my opinion, I think alot of good players will quit when there is a CPS cap lower than 15
