The scout kit currently seems to be by far the best kit to me, I generally always pick that one. So I agree that it should be nerfed to be balanced with other kits even though I like speeding around. I often pick up speed potions as well so having 7 or 8 in my inventory at once isn't that uncommon.

If my report is denied, either I or the moderator made a mistake. In that case I want to look into it. That's why to me the distinction between closed and denied reports matters.

I usually report players the next day or at least a few hours later. And I am never upset when a report is closed as a duplicate, only when it's denied which implies that I made a mistake.
