I don't actually agree with this... Enderpearls are already a rare item only present in mid on an Overpowered items game... addind them in normal, even with a really small chance of actually showing up would not make sense since then they would have to be more common in Overpowered... :D

I believe the quests only start counting from the moment you unlock them. If you've creafted those before the quest, you have to do it again :(
