No, because they are only temporary. It'll expire, so why make it that you can appeal for it, especially if it's only a few hours? Permanent is what you can appeal for.

I meant no second chance to appeal again. Those all I could not appeal for, since they were temporary mutes. I am mainly talking about appeal for a permanent mute and getting denied, there are no second chances at all since you can't ever appeal again.
